Capacity Sharing Accelerator (CapSha)

The capacity already exists. We connect it.

At CapSha, we believe capacity grows fastest when knowledge moves in every direction, not just from the few to the many.

CapSha connects people, ideas, and innovation across CGIAR, strengthening the capacities of individuals, institutions, and systems to achieve sustainable food, land, and water solutions.

CapSha serves as a bridge between science, practice, and partnership by enabling shared learning, digital collaboration, and inclusive approaches to capacity development. It brings together CGIAR centers, National Agricultural Research Systems (NARS), universities, development partners, and other stakeholders to better align capacity supply and demand across the system.

Create. Connect. Collaborate.
