Objective

The CGIAR and Partners Community of Practice (CoP) on Experiential Learning Games is a collaborative network that brings together CGIAR researchers, practitioners, and external partners who use experiential learning games to support learning, decision-making, innovation, and behavior change in agri-food systems. The CoP serves as a platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and continuous improvement of experiential learning approaches across CGIAR and partner organizations.

The CoP Aims To:

  • Share lessons learned from different applications of experiential learning games.
  • Advance knowledge and thinking around experiential learning, behavior change, and systems transformation.
  • Improve existing tools and support the development of new learning approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate experiential learning into projects and interventions.
  • Build a repository of tools, resources, and good practices for wider use.
  • Organize webinars, discussions, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Support project development, impact assessment, scaling, and fundraising efforts.

Why Join the CoP?

  • Connect with a diverse network of experts and practitioners from CGIAR centers, universities, and partner organizations working on experiential learning and participatory approaches.
  • Learn from real-world experiences and case studies across different regions and contexts.
  • Access and contribute tools, methods, and resources that can enhance project design and implementation.
